What's included in the 7-day trial?
The whole app. Every feature of the plan you choose is unlocked for the full week — nothing is held back or watered down, so you can try a real walk and a real report.
How do I start, and how do I cancel?
Your trial is set up through the App Store. Cancel any time before it ends from your subscriptions and you won't be charged. Your recordings and reports stay on your device either way.
Monthly or annual?
Either. Annual billing runs about two months cheaper per year on both Solo and Team — Solo is $129 a year and Team is $199 per user, per year.
What's the difference between Solo and Team?
Solo is the complete single-user app. Team adds collaboration: a whole crew's findings merge into one per-property report, with contributor attribution and a shared review before anything goes out. Team covers crews of up to 25.
Where does my data live?
On your device and in your own iCloud, encrypted — never on our servers. On Enterprise, an admin can lock or wipe company data when an employee's access is removed.
